Thanks to Industry West for the article on our start-up…proud to be building this business and creating jobs right here in Saskatchewan. As an update, this years crop was 54,000 lbs, and we are now scaling up to accomodate the growing demand for our quality honey and beeswax. We have several hundred haskap and sour cherry trees which will also start producing fruit over the next 2 years.
